Morgan Fairchild (born Patsy Ann McClenny February 3 1950) is an American actress from America. Her fame grew during the 1970s and 1980s due to her role as an actress on television shows. Her glamorous appearance was frequently the main focus on these shows. Fairchild started her acting career between 1973 and 1977 during the run of CBS' Search for Tomorrow daytime soap as Jennifer Pace. She made her debut on the premiertime soap opera Dallas as the first actress to play Jenna Wade before taking a part in the lead role of the NBC series Flamingo Road in 1980 (for which she received a Golden Globe Award for Best Actress for Television Series Drama). She co-starred on ABC's shortlived premiertime comedy Paper Dolls. Later between 1985 and 1986 she portrayed the role of attorney Jordan Roberts as part of Falcon Crest. Fairchild appeared on stage and appeared as a guest in television comedy series such as Murphy Brown.
